Hassle-Free Returns: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority At Vitality Scooters, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that plans may change. That's why we offer a straightforward 30 Day Return Policy, ensuring your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Returning an Item:

If you decide to return an item within 30 days after receiving your order, please email us at sales@vitalityscooters.com with your order number and we'll provide you with detailed instructions to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

Return Shipping Costs:

As our valued customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive and inspect your return item(s) at our warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email that your return payment has been processed. In order to process your refund, the item(s) must return to our distribution center in "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 days, minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, make an immediate note when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@vitalityscooters.com on the day of delivery.

If the product is defective, damaged, or has incorrect items, we'll cover the shipping costs.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, email or call our customer service team promptly to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipment follow our 30 Day Return policy and are subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

Product-specific return information and exceptions will be noted in the product descriptions.

Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.

As we sell to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the long term. One-time or temporary use orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds are subject to return freight shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Process:

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, with delivery expected within 3-10 business days after order processing.

You'll receive an order confirmation email, confirming your purchase details and pre-authorizing your credit card.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email. If you don't receive tracking information within 8 days, reach out to us at sales@vitalityscooters.com

Exchanges:

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at sales@vitalityscooters.com.

Cancellations:

Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 10% admin fee. If the order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
